Johnny has been in the restaurant and hospitality business for twenty-five
years starting with his parents at their Italian restaurant in 1979.
His extensive career includes graduating from Johnson and Wales University,
Stouffer Restaurants (The Top of the Town), Ken Stewarts Grille,
and The Grove Park Inn in North Carolina, among other distinguished
restaurants. Johnny brings his passion for robust flavorful cuisine,
his love of wine, and having a good time to the legendary Cleveland
area Oaks Lakeside Restaurant.
