Grilled Blackened Salmon- topped with lemon basil pesto and a balsamic reduction

Prosciutto Wrapped Chicken- tomato beurre blanc and capers 
Peppercorn Strip Steak- 10oz, topped with sautéed peppers and onions
Chicken Marsala- traditional style
